Admissions & Intake
In most cases, we can facilitate same-day admissions. Our admissions team is available 24/7 to complete a quick clinical assessment over the phone, verify your insurance, and arrange travel to our facility.
Absolutely. Your privacy is protected under federal HIPAA laws and 42 CFR Part 2. We will not disclose any information about your presence or treatment without your explicit, written consent.
We recommend bringing comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing (about a week's worth), basic toiletries (must be alcohol-free), a government-issued ID, your insurance card, and a 30-day supply of any currently prescribed, non-narcotic medications. You will receive a comprehensive packing list upon admission approval.
Treatment & Clinical Care
We specialize in treating substance use disorders (including alcohol, opioids, fentanyl, benzodiazepines, cocaine, and prescription drugs) alongside co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and trauma/PTSD (Dual Diagnosis).
Yes. We offer a safe, 24/7 physician-supervised medical detox program designed to manage withdrawal symptoms comfortably before transitioning into residential treatment.
Treatment length is highly individualized. Detox typically lasts 3 to 10 days. Residential programs generally range from 30 to 90 days. We also offer Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) as step-down levels of care.
Insurance & Financial
Yes, we work with most major commercial insurance providers, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, TRICARE, and VA Community Care. Our team can verify your benefits and explain your coverage at no cost.
If we are out-of-network, many PPO plans still provide strong coverage that we can utilize. If you do not have insurance, we offer competitive private-pay rates and partner with healthcare financing companies to make treatment accessible.
Family & Continuing Support
Yes. Following an initial stabilization period (usually the first few days of detox), patients have structured times to make phone calls. We believe family involvement is crucial and encourage regular, healthy communication.
Yes. Discharge planning begins the day you arrive. We ensure every patient has a robust aftercare plan, which may include stepping down to an IOP, securing a sober living environment, ongoing outpatient therapy, and participation in our lifelong alumni community.
